On Thursday September 27, 2001 during a press conference at the Complexe le Baron, the President Mr. Salvatore Mariani launched the official fundraising campaign for student bursaries. In the absense of Mr. Raymond Massi who was away on business, Rocco Caruso explained that bursaries are distributed on MERIT and NEED. Mario Torre, who is in charge of the selection committee said that only 2 people have access to financial reports, at the time of the selection, and that it is done in the most confidenial and discreet manner.
