Book Store situated at 2485 Fleury Street East near Iberville. Mrs. Sylvie Polcaro, mother of 3 boys including twins whom along with her husband Angelo opened the gift store because, she says, “there is a need for such a store in the north-end of Montreal.” Sylvie went on to say that everything religious could be found in her gift store. From literature, music, videos, crosses, including the Bible. Angelo, a fervent Catholic that attends Madonna di Pompei Church regularly opened the facilities close to Pompei so that parishioners would not have to go downtown to shop for religious articles.
