TOASTMASTERS... At the last weekly meeting of the Saint Leonard Toastmasters Club, The Honorable Michel Bissonet was the special speaker at the event. I was present and I must say it was one of the funniest improvisation speeches I have ever heard. He talked about his first experiences in politics.
