(2,183 sq. m) Volvo Laval building, an ultra-modern architectural design, is a marvel of glass and steel that houses the new car and pre-owned car sales operations as well as service, parts and administration for the respected retailer. The new facility is located on a 165,000 sq. ft. (15,328 sq. m) property at 2350 Chomedey Blvd. in the heart of Laval. Built by Loffredo Construction, the building is a bright, airy and appealing space that utilizes natural light and clean lines to create a modern but welcoming feel. The focal point of the retail showroom draws all eyes to the featured cars, while the new service entrance has a transparent look that offers ready access to customers.
