In the spirit of Christmas, Rosetta Gallo and her group went caroling in Little Italy on Saturday Dec. 23, 2000. They sang, first in front of Shamrock Fish, at 7015 Casgrain Street, then Chez Nino, wholesalers and retailers of fruits and vegetables, at 192 Place du Marche du Nord, then ending the tour at Trattoria Dai Baffoni, at 6859 Saint Laurent boulevard. There, they entertained patrons inside the restaurant. A truly original initiative on the part of Ms Gallo and her group. To complete the tour, they later visited Linen Chest at La Place de la Cathedrale downtown and sang before a large crowd who appreciated the free concert.
