The RCMP has a new commissioner. Mr. Giuliano (Zack) Zaccardelli Commissioner Zaccardelli joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 1970, and following recruit training was posted to Alberta where for the next four years he performed a number of general policing duties. He was transferred to Toronto Commercial Crime Section. In 1974, and then in 1981 to the Calgary Commercial Crime section where a senior investigator he was responsible for and involved with a number of high profile white collar crime investigations. The CIBPA will be honoring Commissioner Zaccardelli at The Annual Presidents Cocktail which will be held at Le Windsor 1170 Peel Street on Wednesday December 13, 2000 from 6:00 to 8;00 pm
