Congratulations go to the winners of the recent municipal elections held on the Island of Montreal and in particular the candidates from the Borough of Saint Leonard. A further mention goes to the former Mayor of Saint Leonard, Mr. Frank Zampino who was appointed President of the Executive Committee of the great City of Montreal.
