Past President . On April 17, 2004, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, CIBPA will pay hommage to the outgoing CIBPA President, Mr. Luciano D'Ignazio, and will also honour three « Premio » Award recipients for their singular success based on individuality, persistence, dynamism, vision, and contribution to society. The « Premio » Award is a recognition of unparalleled success in one’s field of endeavour that was created in 1992 to identify the extraordinary achievers within our community. Every second year at our President’s Ball, « Premio » Awards are granted to individuals whose level of excellence merit recognition.
