Fabre Street Church celebrated the first anniversary of their ‘LE REFUGE PROJECT" "At every special occasion, we organize a hot and cold buffet for the less fortunate in our community" says Mario De Carlo, one of the persons responsible for this project, seen in the photo in the front row wearing a beard.
