EAST FOUNDATION / The East Foundation is a non-profit organization that develops English therapeutic and recreational activities for children with special needs in the east end of Montreal. In August 2002, sponsors generously offered to pay for rental expenses at the Leonardo da Vinci Center so that programs could run at the Center in an ongoing basis. These donations also allowed the East Foundation to establish an office at the Center. This has allowed the organization to expand its programs and respond to the growing need for such specialized services.
