On February 23, 2002. a new clinic opened at the Leonardo Da Vinci Center in Saint Leonard. "Action Sport Physio’s mission is to establish and develop a professional level sports medicine center for the discriminating athlete and the lay person alike. To accomplish this mission we will develop and operate superior quality multi-disciplinary clinics aiming towards optimal availability and efficiency, superior customer service and community involvement in a friendly and pleasant working environment", says Nancy Fonzo, Head Physiotherapist.
