A Christmas party was held in Saint
Leonard for children in need. The organizers known as Action against
Hunger (514-323-0971) help by supplying food, clothing and also
cash donations to help those who cannot pay their rents or utility bills.
The event was held at Macdonald’s Restaurant on Viau and Jean Talon
streets, graciously offered by Mr. John D’Iorio. Uniprix on
Robert and Albanel sponsored the food baskets given to every child.
"it is surprising to know the number of families that are in dire
need in this community" says Jos. Antonacci, Vice President of
