Colbert… I had the pleasure of dining at a fine restaurant recently, and I must say it is a top rated restaurant. The food is delicious and the menu is varied for every palate from meat to pastas to seafood. And it’s always prepared fresh. I had the pleasure of dining there last week, and I can tell you I was impressed. There was a wide selection of meats and pastas, not to mention appetizers. The food was prepared to specification, and tastefully presented. The owners were constantly available, and regularly ensuring that all was OK. The layout of the restaurant also provided for casual seating for larger groups, as well as well-separated quiet tables-for-two, should you be looking for a more intimate evening out.
